Jeanne P. Batterson
has more than 20 years experience in non-profit management, with a concentration
in fund development. She participated in the creation of the New York Regional
Association of Grantmakers. Ms. Batterson helped lead the American Academy in
Rome's $25 million fund raising effort in commemoration of its Centennial. She
has served as Director of Development of the Hudson Riverkeeper Fund, working
with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to secure funding for the environmental coalition
that helped shape the historic New York State Watershed settlement. Ms. Batterson
presently serves as Director of Development for the Dutchess County chapter of
NYSARC, serving individuals with developmental and other disabilities.
Dr. Frank Gilbert, D.C.
is a licensed chiropractor in New York and in Connecticut with a practice in New
York City since 1979. He specializes in acute, reconstructive and
preventative/wellness care, and he has provided over 250,000 patient visits to
his clientele. He has served as the New York City Chiropractic Association
Public Information Chairman, during which time he gave numerous radio, television
and print media interviews on chiropractic research, clinical protocols and the
philosophy of chiropractic wellness. He graduated from the New York Chiropractic
College in 1978, is a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners
and has over 2,500 hours of postgraduate study with particular emphasis on spinal
biometrics. He is a member of the New York Chiropractic Council, the International
Chiropractors Association and the International Chiropractors Pediatric Association.
