TechTamers Expands Services
TechTamers, an Austin-based consulting and training firm, has
added a Web Site Design Division. Headed by Sylvia Tooker of Dallas,
the new division will specialize in creating entry-level web sites
for small businesses, consultants, speakers, and associations.
"One of the unmet needs of the small business community is an
affordable, dependable way to get started on the internet," says Dr.
Jeanette Cates, CEO of TechTamers. "Businesses who aren't large
enough to have their own Information Technology departments are often
uncertain how to start planning for the internet. This lack of
planning results in a website that doesn't generate business. This is
an expensive and unnecessary lesson."
The new division compliments the recent introduction of Blast
into CyberSpace: Launching your website in a Day. This seminar leads
business owners through the three decisions only they can make about
their website and the process for deciding who, when and how the
website will be created and maintained. Participants are encouraged
to complete several lessons via email prior to the live workshop. As
an alternative, they can take the course online.
Details on the new Web Site Design Division and the Blast into
CyberSpace workshop are available at TechTamers.com and toll-free at
1-877-522-8371.
TechTamers, an Austin, Texas-based training and consulting firm
works with organizations who want to use their technology more
profitably and with professionals who want to reduce their technology
learning curve. Dr. Cates, CEO of TechTamers, has been involved in
adult training for more than 30 years and has been a proponent of
technology use for the past 18 years. TechTamers has helped over 25
businesses put their sites on the internet.
